The first floor consists of: American kitchen, gallery-laundry, dinning room, living room with sea views and terrace overlooking Caials beach.
The second floor consists of: suite room with double bed (1,50cm x 2,00cm), full bathroom (bidet, shower, cleanliness, toilet) and large terrace that borders the plant.
equipment: electric coffe maker, electric oven, microwave oven, electric radiators, washer, dishwasher, electric toaster, TV, glass ceramic, Wi-Fi, closed space to store motorcycles.

CONDITIONS:
- Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.. / Departure at 11am.
- Check in and keys:: Pianc Real Estate Agency. Street: Carrer des Pianc 9.
- Late check out, arrivals after hours, or holiday day, we will inform to make the autonomous arrival.
- A deposit must be paid, as a booking.
- House deposit: bannk transfer or provide the details of a bank card.
- People who stay in accommodation establishments in Catalonia must register compulsorily. All people must present the national identity document. (ID, NIE, CNI, or PASSPORT).
- Payment of the tourist tax at the agency.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet/silent hours: 21h-10h.
- Pets are not allowed. (Unless the agency is previously informed and the owner accepts).
