- Late check out, arrivals after hours, or holiday day, we will inform to make the autonomous arrival.
- A deposit must be paid, as a booking.
- House deposit: bannk transfer or provide the details of a bank card.
- People who stay in accommodation establishments in Catalonia must register compulsorily. All people must present the national identity document. (ID, NIE, CNI, or PASSPORT).
- Payment of the tourist tax at the agency.
- Home / apartment does not have: sheets, pillowcases and towels. Possibility of rent, must be informed in advance.
- From October to March, electricity consumption will be the responsibility of the tenant, that will be charged at the time of departure.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet/silent hours: 21h-10h.
- Pets are not allowed.
